This Terms of Service describes how Copper Burrow LLC (“Copper Burrow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)  provides this site as a service to its customers. Copper Burrow provides interior decorating services and curates home goods via our website located at https://www.copperburrow.com (the "Site"). Our services include virtual/e‑design, styling, design resources and tools, product curation, and content (collectively, the "Services"). We may also link to or sell products from third‑party vendors and marketplaces (the "Products"). Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our site. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site and Services. Although you may “bookmark” a particular portion of copperburrow.com and thereby bypass this agreement, your use of this site still binds you to the terms.

This website in its entirety is protected by copyright and applicable trade dress. All rights, titles, and interests are reserved. The contents of our website and the website as a whole are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any use of our website and its content for purposes other than personal and non-commercial is prohibited without the prior written permission of Copper Burrow. Do not reproduce, publish, display, modify, sell, or distribute any of the materials from Copper Burrow. You may, however, download or electronically copy and print any of the page contents displayed on the site, but please remember that these are available for your personal, noncommercial use only. III. INACCURACIES

We endeavor to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on copperburrow.com may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price, item availability or in any way affects your individual order. Please be aware that we present our content ‘as is’ and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

We disclose material connections in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines. In the event a Copper Burrow curated product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, Copper Burrow shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Copper Burrow shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Copper Burrow shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

IV. SERVICES

We provide shoppable, curated collections and virtual interior design (“E-Design”) services, an online decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to update and enhance your space. 

All renderings and floor plans by Copper Burrow LLC are conceptual and are intended as visual tools to aid in implementing/presenting a design; they are not to be used for construction, architectural, or engineering purposes.

We do not provide services related to the structural or construction aspect of your Design Space, including but not limited to engineering, landscaping, architecture, electrical, plumbing, or general contractor services, and you will be required to enter into separate agreements with such third-party contractors (the “Third-Party Contractors”) who will be fully liable and responsible for such services.
You are responsible for providing any requested measurements and room photos for design services to be completed.

We understand that, at times, changes may need to be made to the scope of Services initially agreed on. If you decide that you would like to change or extend the Services stated in the SOW, we request that you provide us with written notice outlining the proposed changes. We do not allow for decreases in Services after the execution of this SOW. Sometimes we may have to decline the proposed changes, and we reserve the right to do so. Any acceptance of proposed changes may be subject to fee increases, additional upfront payment of fees, and an extension of the project timeline. All changes and additional services will be subject to this Agreement and any additional SOW executed.

The specific fees for your project are the flat rates as stated at checkout on the Copper Burrow website. All Service Fees made are non-refundable once a design has started. If Services go beyond the scope of Services listed in the SOW, we will charge our hourly rate of $150. Your project shopping list may include affiliate links where we may earn a commission when you purchase. These fees cover the time and expertise to produce the agreed deliverables; they do not include the cost of furniture, décor, shipping, taxes, installation, or trade labor unless expressly stated.

Pricing information provided by vendors and manufacturers, and we make no promises about the reliability or accuracy of any such information listed on the Site. Copper Burrow reserves the right to alter pricing at its discretion and at any time. Each vendor/brand reserves the right to price their materials however they choose. You also acknowledge and agree that in the furnishing industry, orders are often delayed and you agree to hold harmless Copper Burrow from any claims arising from such delays, regardless of the cause.

Risk of Loss: The items purchased from our Site are shipped by a third-party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract.

You acknowledge that temporary interruptions in the availability of the Site may occur from time to time as normal events. Also, we may decide to cease making available the Site or any portion of the Site at any time and for any reason. Under no circumstances will Copper Burrow or its suppliers be held liable for any damages due to such interruptions or lack of availability.

We may include affiliate links to products and may earn a commission when you click or purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you. We may also publish sponsored content or partnerships.

We reserve the right to cancel, delay, refuse to ship, or recall from the shipper for any order if fraud is suspected.

RETURNS: Return and cancellation eligibility varies by Vendor and product type. Custom, made‑to‑order, special‑order, clearance, and final‑sale items are typically final sale - non‑returnable and non‑cancelable.

Where permitted, returns may require pre‑authorization, original packaging, and are subject to shipping fees and restocking fees.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will help facilitate a repair, replacement, or refund per the Vendor’s policies. Remedies are limited to what the Vendor provides.

Except as expressly stated in writing, the Site, Services, and Design Materials are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not manufacture Products and do not provide any warranties for them. Product warranties (if any) are provided by the Vendor or manufacturer.

V. THIRD PARTY SITES & SERVICES

The Site may link to third‑party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third‑party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

VI. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Copper Burrow, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
